St Michael le Belfry, York - burial in 1810

Is there anyone who could look up a burial register for any more details than are shown on the National Burial Index, which gives the following:
12 July 1810, James Simpson Ellis, born 1809, age 1.

I suspect that this may be a son of James Ellis, a cavalry officer and his wife Ann, but would like confirmation, or any other information.
I have not been able to see anything to indicate that the registers are online.

According to my CD of York burials, 1780-1812, James Simpson Ellis, aged 1 year 3 months old, was the son of James, captain, 3rd Regiment Dragoons.  He died of measles, no date of death given.

Thank you very much for looking at the CD.  I expect it was produced by a local society, so thanks to them too for their work!
I was surprised to see that the father was a captain, as I have only 'lieutenant' as his rank when he was killed in 1812.

The CD is one of a series issued by The City of York & District FHS.  I'm glad I remembered it, as it has some info I needed myself for some recent research.
