Hancock family migrated UK to Canada

Help appreciated please.
I am trying to find migration of Hancock family from Cornwall c1843-1850 comprising Philip Hancock , wife Martha (nee Harris) and son William.
They settled Cobourg , Ontario.
In 1865 they moved to Michigan and settled Saugatuck.
I have found the family living Porter , Van Buren , Michigan on the 1870 United States Federal Census.
I am hoping to find a passenger list.

Hinchliffe - Huddersfield Wiltshire
Burroughs - Arlingham Glos
Pick - Frocester Glos

Philip was b1816/7 , Martha b1822 and son William b1843 all Cornwall.

A Philip Henry Hancock born 1 Feb 1849 married 1865 and moved Cobourg Ontario to Michigan.
They settled Saugatuck.

I noticed that the 1861 Canada census has Philip (son) listed as being born in England. Is it possible that he was born there and not in Canada? He would have been very young when they emigrated so could he have thought he was born in Cobourg?

I think you are correct. The 1861 Census does indicate he was born England.However his certificate of death states that he was born Canada.

Elizabeth Ann birth Oct-Dec 1845 Bodmin, no further births with mother surname Harris found in Bodmin
