Well I have an Emily Elizabeth Smith in my familyand have her marriage to Alfred Hayward, 26 December 1883 Monmouth and would like to find out which church they married in and where she lived before she married, Im also looking for help in finding her date and place of birth and the names of her parents were and would also like to find out where Alfred Hayward lived before he got married to her and the date and place of his birth and names of his parents.   I would really welcome any help with this one.

Im guessing Alfred Hayward would have been baptised at SS. Peter and Paul Church, Llantrisant Fawr is that right.

Hi I have only obtained his baptism from the Monmouthshire Baptisms?

Emily is pretty good at sticking to a birth year of c 1865, from 1901 she is shown as married but Alfred is not with her, she gives in 1901/11 a pob of Snowdon, Worcestershire, but 1891 looks to be Newton or even possibly Snowton? This looks to be her in 1881 census:-

Thanks yes this could be her in 1881 census, showing being born in Weston (which might be Weston-Super-Mare) Gloucester.  Ive been there recently for a holiday.  This is great to see her on this 1881 census with her parents, interesting to see her dad was born in Woodmore Cost will look that up have never heard of it, and Mother Mary (Surname unknown will look to find a marriage record for them) they must have moved around as Emily's siblings seem to have been born in different places particularly Elizabeth born in Oxford a long way from Weston-Super-Mare or Weston.  Thank you for finding this 1881 census lot of information on there for me to work on and add to my family records.  Thought it was odd Emily gave her birth place in 1901/11 as Snowdon, Worcestershire, and a different birth place in 1891 census Snowton or Newton not sure if there all near each other.. ? or a misspelling on the way it was pronounced at the time of it being written in the records..
