Have you got her in 1881 census? Any other census? Know if/who she married? Siblings?

Ellen Harris age 23 Mar 1900 Birmingham 6d 164

There's marriages Ellen Harris at Aston Sep 1892,Dec 1898 to Frederick Simpson(census says born 1880),Mar 1907,and Sep 1908  to George Henry Holland which could be her in Birmingham and Aston up to the age of 30.
I've not done Kings Norton but have eliminated some possibilities in Birmingham and Aston.
But of course knowing whether they are or not is more difficult.
