Elizabeth Baker born circa 1760 in Market Overton
« on: Thursday 01 December 16 14:07 GMT (UK) »
Elizabeth Baker was, I believe, the daughter of John Baker and Mary Rubbins. She was born around 1760 in Market Overton, or so I thought. However I cannot trace a birth or baptism for her in the parish records for Market Overton
John Baker married Mary Rubbins in Market Overton on 1o/8/1755. Their son Thomas was baptised in Market Overton on 1/2/1758 but I cannot find a baptism for Elizabeth nor for any other siblings. I am not sure where John Baker was born but have presumed it to be Rutland.
Elizabeth married John Pick of Ireland in Market Overton and one of their sons was Edward Rubbins Pick which provides the link to John and Mary Baker.
I would be very grateful for any help anyone can offer in finding Elizabeth's baptism.  :)
