Angusine Jeanne Macgregor

Hello again, another of my ww1 lady's.  Angusine served with the Scottish Women's Hospitals in corsica as a house keeper between 1917-1919.  I can only find one lady with this name as being born in 1879 in Kings Norton. The dates fit. But am hoping someone might be able to tell me more. It also turns out that their is an  Angusine Jeanne Macgregor who was an illustrator with the ladybird books.  Am intrigued by this lady( if its the same one, but the dates do fit).

There is an Angusine J Macgregor at the Birmingham Municipal School of Art in 1900 (as per article in Birmingham Daily Post) - which would fit in with location, age and profession

She is on 1881 (free to search) and it is abundantly clear where she got her name from!
