Nothing on FreeBMD - but they only go up to 1983.
You need to try Ancestry, FindMyPast, or similar?
Does your local library have free access to either?

Was the father Hector Redvers Venner  :-\  He was in the Royal Artillery around the time of the childrens births. 

ADDED If it was him he was charged with bigamy - I think I've looked at this before  ::)
