Ann Hood
« on: Sunday 04 December 16 18:53 GMT (UK) »
Hi, my Ann Hood was born 7.11.1802 and baptised 3.1.1803 Halesowen Shropshire. I have found what I believe to be her marriage to a William Bytheway on the 25.12.1826 at St Marys Kingswinford, Staffs. With the pilot scheme of the gro I also believe I have found her death in March q Ludlow in 1857 aged 54. However I cannot for the life of me find them in the 41/51 census. The 51 census would be a real help to establish a birth place. Thanks for any help, children etc.

John

Either you have the wrong marriage or the wrong Ann Hood.  Neither the 1841 or 1851 matches that birthyear although there is an entry for a William and Ann Bytheway in Shropshire on both.  The 1841 also has an entry for a widowed Ann Bytheway but she is aged 50

Hi, many thanks or those who replied. I did start off the post by saying that I believed I MAY have found Ann's marriage but your replies and info dispel this, thanks for your help, back to the dawing board.
