I also do not receive email notification although email address has not changed and notification is set at "instantly". One day it was working and the next day it was not.

Check your profile for email notifications, you are set to 'instantly but only for the 1st reply' - if you miss that one you won't get any more until you have read the topic

Also check your email address in account settings, has it changed or is it wrong?

Hi Dawn,

My email was hacked months ago so not that I don't have my RC account set properly. I haven't had a single email from anyone since it was hacked.

I have opened new email addresses, not sure which to use yet but when I decide I will PM Sarah assuming this is what I will need to do?

I have checked your settings and it looks like you clicked on the "unsubscribe from all RootsChat notifications" on the 31st of May, I have now re-instated your email notifications.

I do not know why I would I would unsubscribe but thanks for correcting that. I checked my settings prior to reply #9 and it was and is set at receiving replies instantly.
