 father was William John Graham b1886 in Donaghmore, Tyrone... his Birth should be on line.

He may have been registered and/or indexed just as William.  There were several William Grahams born in County Tyrone around that era, do you have any indication of the father's forename or occupation?  Also, the census you mentioned indicated born c. 1883 in Donaghmore, do you have another source to say c. 1886?
