Norah m pay born 1917 or 1918? deceased

I think Norah m Pay was born in Ipswich to Charles Pay and his wife (Catchpole) in 1918, but his daughters state it was 1917. Can anyone clarify this for me please?

You will probably need the birth certificate unless you know the month as this could be a late registration from the previous year

There is a death registration, 2004 Ipswich, for a Norah M Burgess giving a birthdate of 12 December 1917 which would fit with a registration in MarQ 1918.

Looks like 99 years old then.  Born 1917 registered 1918
