Have you got her on censuses?  Did she marry? If so who did she name as her father on marriage cert? Is she with family on earlier censuses?

There doesn't appear to be a Mary Ann Mens born/baptised anywhere in Suffolk between 1818 and 1828. At least she doesn't appear on the Suffolk Baptism Index.

I think I may have found her

Marianne Mens bapt. 1 Jan 1824 Higham St Mary parents William and Elizabeth. William's occupation is given as Innholder. I presume that is the same as Innkeeper.
