Grave question help please
« on: Tuesday 13 December 16 14:26 GMT (UK) »
Hi all,
I have the death certificates of two relatives, Joseph Wright who died in 1925 who lived in Walkeringham Notts, and Sarah Wright his mother who died in 1914, she also lived in Walkeringham in 1911. My question is, I have looked in Walkeringham cemetery, Misterton cemetery and Beckingham cemetery but I cant find their graves anywhere. On Josephs certificate it reads that he died 16 March 1925, Beckingham Misterton. Sarahs reads died 27 January Walkeringham, Misterton. As said above, I have looked in all these cemerterys but found nothing, how would I go about finding the grave plans for these cemeterys, and find them that way.
Thanks in advance
Also, Sarahs husband Thomas Wright is buried with his second wife Harriet in Walkeringham cemetery.

I had a similar issue trying to find a grave in Huddesfield - Huddersfield Local History team and Kirklees Council were of a great help.
Nolan, Cremins & O'Connor - County Kerry, Ireland.
Keogh - Queen's County (Laois)
Stack - Limerick & Clare

Unless there are headstones - sometimes even with - looking in graveyards without knowing a location is unlikely to produce a result.

I would contact each of the cemeteries and ask if they have record of the people you are looking for.

Or as suggested above  :)
Hinchliffe - Huddersfield Wiltshire
Burroughs - Arlingham Glos
Pick - Frocester Glos
