Marriages, September qtr 1852
Dudley Registration District     vol 6c, page 91

Biggs, James
+ And on the same page +
Smith, Caroline

The Marriage Certificate will contain the fathers names - but you have to buy the certificate.

If a Parish Register entry exists, then it may be online.
But that tends to be Church of England marriages, and you will need to know in which church the marriage took place?

FamilySearch has the marriage:

24th September 1852, at St Thomas, Dudley.

But no fathers are mentioned? :-\

Have you found James and Caroline on any census? This could help you to find if they have any children.
