Help with WW2 uniform please Henry Northall

Can anyone help me with identifying this uniform please.  It was worn in 1944 when Henry Northall Lawrence married in Birmingham.

Thank  you all for your help still working on this one, wondered why he would be in a Scottish Regiment when he was a Londoner born and bred.  Tried searching on Forces records but nothing has matched up. Again thank you all.

Obtained Marriage certificate and you were correct Henry Northall Lawrence was a Sergeant in the Scottish Fusiliers even though he was from London.  I did not realise he could be in a Scottish Regiment if he was London born and bred.  I wonder if this is how he met his wife she is listed as in the ATS but I understand WW2 records not available to search on-line.
