Vicary family of Bideford

Frederick G Vicary d.1955 and his wife Rose Clifford Vicary d.1971 both in the Bideford district.  They were the parents of George Thomas Vicary b. 2nd November 1913 Chittlehampton who was one of a 7 man crew of a Halifax plane, who were all killed when the plane came down over Germany on 22nd/23rd June 1943.  The family had emigrated to Canada in 1923 but the parents returned to Devon in 1945.  George was in the RCAF.
My uncle, Albert J Manning was also one of this crew and I am trying to obtain individual photos of each crew member.  I have five but George Thomas Vicary is one of the last two to find. I do have his RCAF papers etc. but unfortunately no photo can be found of him.
Does anyone know of this family in the Devon area?  Thank you.

Frederick & Rose married in Barnstaple in 1908. Rose's maiden name was THORNE. Using this it was possible to determine that they had a daughter Olive Clifford VICARY in 1909.
There is an obituary in the North Devon Journal dated 8th May 1944 which references George Thomas VICARY's grandmother Mrs Kate THORNE of Northam (Devon) and his Uncle & Aunt Mr Mrs EG THORNE of Barnstaple.

Thank you - Olive remained and married etc in Canada and I have found her and her family details. 
I am hoping there may be a relative in Devon that may have knowledge of George T Vicary d.1943 RCAF and could possibly have a photo of him, particularly as the parents returned to Devon.  I shall add Thorne to the subject details.
