Strange how different we all are - I use the Quick Links down the side - or the main search form

But the links you picture do seem to be working on mine?

So how do you get to "My Quick links"?  From the Home page!

Fascinating, as you say!

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!
If you don't ask the question, you won't get an answer.

There should be, I think a link on the top right of your home page that says "Customise your homepage". That will give you a list of "Available Items" across the top. I think Quick Links was one of those. Click on it, you get a button to "Add to your homepage". You can then populate it yourself with your own most used items.

Its very useful!   ;D ;D ;D

Thank you for your reply's.
It seems hit or miss if you can get into Parish registers but it also looks like several of you have already reported it so when they told me to change settings and upgrade software they already knew their was a problem and they just had me wasting my time.

Just come across another problem; when I use the Help & customer service link on Ancestry it sends me to a cloud management service anyone else noticed?

I couldn't get Parish records yesterday (Firefox).
Also I keep being told I'm on Ancestry.com and they will re-direct me to  .UK, I always use the same bookmark so it doesn't make sense to me!
I seem to have more problems with them now than ever before, i.e "Page not available try later" etc.
I don't want to change browser and I do "clear the cache" as we keep being told.
rayard.

Hi

After another long conversation over the phone they said it will be informing the IT team first thing Monday morning and hopefully it will be sorted out then.

Hi

Got an Email yesterday to tell me they had sorted the problem but when I have tried to access Parish Records still nothing.

Rang the customer support again and they say it is my browser, although I am using the recommended browser! (so it looks like I will be without access to records until the new year). I was just wondering if you were still having the problems.
