Maybe you've already seen the 1930 census.  If not, here it is.  They were in Clarke County.  Willie was married by then and living with his mother-in-law.  And there was a three year-old child named Lillie Jones living with them.  She was described as a 'ward' so it is unknown who her parents are.

Hi yes, I've seen the 1930 Census.  Turns out Lilly Jones was the daughter of his mother in law.  Lilly is the one who married someone last name Seay or Saye.

I just checked with my Mom, she believes her dad was born in Wilkes County, Georgia.

Okay, then you've probably seen 1940, too.  But, if you haven't, here they are with four kids.  I'll see if I can find him in 1920 and 1910.

There was only one Willie Wright of the correct age in Wilkes County in 1910.  No middle name or initial.  His mother's name was Sallie.

I believe I did see the 1940 Census.  Willie and Bessie had a total of five kids all still alive (thank goodness).  Their last was born in 1943.

I looked at that Willie Wright in Wilkes County and ran some names by my mom.  She's clueless about her dad's side of the family.  I'm thinking that has to be him.  DOB 1908 looks right.

And though the name (Willie Wright) and DOB looks correct.  My mom only knew her dad to have one sibling, Lilly who was younger than him.  So, perhaps that isn't him.  I'm going to need to get my hands on his Death Certificate or SSDI or whatever it's called.

Are you able to see anything about Jim Wingfield?  The name of his parents?
