the breeze family from norfolk

hello and i wonder if you can help , i have a john breeze married to a susanna alden in 1883 great yarmouth.

 I am trying to find out who john's parents were, all i know is that he was a norfolk lad and the family lived in great yarmouth but i don't think he was born in the town.

any help gratefully received

Are you sure the date of marriage is 1883? As there is this marriage in 1783 -

Name - John Breeze
Marriage Date - 3 Sep 1783
Marriage Place:   Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, England
Spouse - Susanna Alden

The above marriage was witnessed by Wm Breeze, possibly John's father or sibling.

As with JJ, I agree the only match seems to be in 1783

Here is the marriage register for the one JJ found, St Nicholas  Gt Yarmouth, the date looks like 30th Sept.

Thanks for looking it up for me I was hoping the marraige entry may have Johns patents on there .

That's a shame as it would be useful to know when he died which may give his age. You would then at least have a good idea of what years to look at for a birth/baptism.  :)

Have you found John on the 1841?
