I was looking for the death of an ancestor Edmund Keough. I found the death on the BMD site and obtained the death certificate but there was nothing on the certificate to help me confirm if it was my ancestor. On the cause of death it says he was killed working on the docks in Hull and gave his address. I checked this death with the Daily Mail and it described this accident 2/10/1896 but with an entirely different man.The report with the mans address was identical to the death certificate for Edmund Keogh. The man was named as Edward Ellis. On the death certificate there is no next of kin
