I cant say for certain that this is the same person, but there is a Removal Order in 1817 as follows:

William Mousley
John Mousley, 12
Ann Mousley, 6
Syral Mousley, 4

The two parishes were Loughborough & Netherseal.

Also a Removal Order on 15 Apr 1766 (Netherseal / Stanton under Bardon) for Catherine Mousley, Widow.
