I can`t remember if it was at the beginning or end of the Ricky Tomlinson episode, but they said it     ( WDYTYA ) will return " in the New Year ".

I live in Wales and BBC Wales has a programme called " Coming Home " same sort of thing, but with Welsh people. The same week as RT on WDYTYA, they had Ioan Gruffdd ( Horatio Hornblower ) If you can catch it, you`ll see how understated actors can be !  I recorded it to view later, I really enjoyed it.

I really enjoyed that episode of Coming Home

Just found this on BBC, what a shame.

I just watched it on catch-up tv and it is on the BBC site until 20th January I think. It was very interesting but my husband and I both thought it jumped about too much and didn't show continuity. It must have all been well researched because he did get the large family tree at the beginning though. The later histories were very moving.
