Hi,

I am have a great deal of difficulty find information on.

Removed Wilkinson b.1937 Birmingham.

I know he married a Removed and was divorced sometime before 1958.

Trying to determine subsequent marriage.

GRO shows three Wilkinson marriages in Birmingham. The first, in the final quarter of 1958, the second, in the third quarter of 1964 and the third, in the third quarter of 1978. There are also a couple of Wilkinson marriages in nearby West Bromwich, in the third quarter of 1971 and in the fourth quarter of 1973.

I can see no way to determine which one or more of these marriages concern the man you are researching.

If you haven't done so, many researchers here use www.freebmd.org.uk or www.familysearch.org to look for records in the marriage index for England and Wales. You can use either site to check for potential spouses listed by Keitht in his reply.

However, these are only indexes and the only way to confirm details of the correct marriage is to purchase potential certificates from the General Register Office for £9.25 inc postage
