Falkirk Grammar School
« on: Wednesday 04 January 17 09:59 GMT (UK) »
I have come across a newspaper article dated 30 April 1834 which reports the death of one of my ancestors, Anne Reid, spouse of Thomas Gibson AM, Rector of the Falkirk Grammar School.

Does anyone know of a written history of the Grammar School, please? Perhaps there are a biographies of the Rectors.

Additionally, can anyone please say what the suffix AM stands for?
