Here in Hertfordshire Zinnio is still available, - although I expect that it will go in the next round of cuts, etc.

In the meantime, I make full use of it, - you just create an account using your library card, and then you can download whatever you want to look at, - and all gratis!!

That is the same as Surrey, it could be interesting if you wanted to do Military History
