Last known address Drill Hall Ennersdale Road SE13 Lewisham Dated 1937.  (London, England Electoral Registers 1832-1965 on Ancestry).
Strangely this sounds like an accommodation address  ???

Ahh so not the right age. GGYD - you have to buy credits to see the details of the burial.

Snap rosie, should type faster  ;D

ADDED: Might be worth contacting Bereavement Services of Lewisham Council for information about the Mar 1945 death & burial. I found them very helpful [my grandparents grave is within their area].

The one on findagrave was aged 61 and a builder so not the right man bur.3/8/1945 (death reg'd Sept.1945) so the death Mar.qtr.1945 still a possibility.

What became of wife Maud Margaret and dau. Ena as I can't see anything likely for them in records after 1937.
