Thomas William Hey was born 26 February 1882 in Keighley, West Riding of Yorkshire.

He was married to Amelia Robinson in Keighley in 1901 and they had two sons.  Samuel was born in 1904 and James in 1907.

Thomas William Hey, labourer of Burlington Street was sentenced to 4 months for stealing moulders tools from Messrs Dean Smith & Grey & Messrs Joshua Whalley & Co. Some of the tools where found in his residence.

There is also this reference to a Thomas hey -

Occupation - Moulder

Event Date - 1 Dec 1902

Thanks very much for transcribing that awful writing.

I can read some old writing and I am getting better each time but that was just awful.

I could make out the tools bit on both lines but got lost with the rest.
