It doesn't help a great deal I'm afraid ...  but I found Martha Bishop as a witness to a marriage of Hannah Bishop to a James Thirtle, in 1794.

Could be her sister?
Though I couldn't find a baptism for a Hannah Bishop either.

Thanks fir trying to help I had a look on my tree and I'm not quite sure how this is connected but I have a Sarah barber married to a James thirtle I thought I recognised the the name thirtle. Sarah was Martha bishops and William barbers daughter not quite sure how Hannah and Thomas thirtle fit in but they must be Connected to the family  ???
