Lease look-up Chester

Hi all,

Could someone please look up this lease at Chester Record Office and perhaps send a scan of the original please?

This appears to be my family, but the father Thomas, at least from my own research, wasn't dead at this time and I wonder if there is a mistake on the original, or if there is further information to be had.

 LEASE for 3 lives (Cpt.) by George, Earl Cholmondeley, and Wm. Mellish of St. James'...

LEASE for 3 lives (Cpt.) by George, Earl Cholmondeley, and Wm. Mellish of St. James' Westminster, esq., to Thomas Brett of J., decd., lessee's wife Ann B. (40) and son Thomas B. (1), at rent of £15. p.a. ---- messuage or tenement in BICKLEY late in tenure of said Ambrose Johnson, sen., decd., and now in that of said T. Brett with its houses, gardens, lands, etc. and all appurtenances. Consideration: £75.

As you have the reference and details have you asked Chester RO if they can copy it for you  :-\
