Geographical location? Borbee Dunany?

Hello.Im a new member.
I have a birth reference for Borbee 1844.Was this an actual place? I can find no reference to it now on maps.
Can you help please?

I dont have local knowledge but it may possibly be a "subtownland"
I have seen it on recent addresses when I "googled" so it would seem it is still used.
