Could you please tell us where you have Arthur & Sarah on census then I will stop guessing

There is an online tree that has Reverend William Whale married to Sarah Elizabeth Latchford on 4 April 1863. Birmingham.

If the above is correct then Sarah Bushell married Arthur Wheeler. However as Rosie has pointed out it would be advisable to post a census you have for the Wheeler family.
