Would some beable to lookup the Fife Herald Newspaper please, the date is 17 Sept 1835. I would like to know what the full advert says for the public sale of house/garden/offices of the late Robert Monteath

Subjects In Pittenweem For Sale

To be sold by public roup, within the Town Hall Pittenweem, on Tuesday 29 Sep 1835 at one o'clock in the afternoon.

1: That House with large garden and offices, sometime occupied by the late Mr Robert Monteath and James Black.
The house contains a Dining Room, Kitchen and Scullery on the first floor, Drawing Room, two Bedrooms and Bed Closet on the second floor, with small Bed-Room and Garrets in the attic.

2: That house commonly called Clelland Lodge with Garden and Offices, as sometime occupied by the late Miss Moncrieff, containing similar accommodation with house on Lot 1.
The feu duty of Lot1 £1.12s and of Lot 2d 16s  10d., with duplication on the entry and Heirs and Singular Successors.

These properties lie alonside each other and are pleasantly situated at the back of Pittenweem, on the north side of the road to Anstruther.
The houses were built within the last six or seven years. They are well adapted for Summer Residences or Sea Bathing quarters. Coaches and steam-boats to and from Edinburgh and Newhaven pass daily.
