Rachel Mary Sisson's mother was Mary J Jones.

sorry just done  a recheck on the births and there was a William Thomas Sisson mother Jones Dec Qtr 1895
Rachel Mary was registered as Mary Rachel June Qtr 1893 there was also Alice born Dec Qtr 1894 and Elizabeth born June Qtr 1892. Laura Dec 1890, Ada Annie Dec 1887, a male child (no Name) just surname of Sisson and mother Jones March Qtr 1887.
 mother's maiden name Jones on all above

the two burial I found are yours as your family was living on Whitemoor Rd on the 1891 census.
