Confused by 1939 Register
« on: Wednesday 25 January 17 21:18 GMT (UK) »
I have a basic FindMyPast subscription (currently just one month after failing to renew annual one).  Why is it that when I search the 1939 some results allow me to "view original image" but others only give me a transcription preview and then ask me to "unlock the household" and send me to a subscription link?

I don't think that the 1939 register is included in a monthly subscription.

"For those with 1 month subscriptions or who use PAYG credits, then the cost will be 60 crediits per household."

Have you all ready opened those records that allow you to view the image when you had the annual subscription?

Ah, yes that could well be the case and would make sense, thank you. :)
