If you contact Hounslow Local Studies they should be able to suggest a newspaper

I don't know what their research service is like or whether they would be prepared to look for you free of charge but if they can't or won't but suggest the newspaper title, I can try to order it from the British Library and check when I go, which I do most weeks.
