Looking for the children born of this marriage. And also the death of David Carter born approx 1778.
My relation is David Carter (his son) who was convicted and sent to Australia. Hes convict records say he was born in 1810 in Rathdowney, Queens County, Laois, Ireland. He was listed as the step brother of Hannah McDonald who is my ancestor born 1820 in Rathdowney (she was also convicted and sent to Sydney) in 1844 alongside a Alicia McDonald who is her mother.
Also interested to find information on Alicia/Alice McDonald who was sentenced at the same time to Maryborough Gaol in Ireland.
I am presuming that David Carter passed away and she remarried a McDonald before Hannah was born?
Any help would be much appreciated.
