Thomas Badman c.1804 - Leicestershire
« on: Wednesday 01 February 17 12:42 GMT (UK) »
Hi all,

I am looking for the parents/siblings of Thomas Badman.  He was born in Leicestershire in c.1804, eventually moving up to Yorkshire.

I think I've found him next door to a sibling, Henry, in 1851, but otherwise I am at a loss.  They are both down as being born in 'Whealdstone' Leicestershire.

Any help would be gratefully received.

Thank you!

Regards, Emma  ;)

I haven't found a marriage yet for John & Mary or a baptism for Henry.

Also:

03 Jan 1796 - Elizabeth d/o John & Mary Badman (buried 29 May 1797)
04 Feb 1798 - William s/o John & Mary Badman

Probably also connected is an 1829 removal order Blaby/Whetstone for William & Sarah Badman.

John Jr married Ann Beeby in 1821 but he & his father were both buried 13 Jun 1826, and there is an 1829 Filiation Order against William Smith in respect of a daughter born to Ann Badman of Blaby - John Jr's widow?   A Mary Ann Badman was baptised Blaby 27 Sep 1829, d/o Ann.
