Copy of marriage registration
« on: Wednesday 01 February 17 19:03 GMT (UK) »
Hi there,
So I was able to find (I'm pretty sure) my ggg grandfathers civil marriage registry. Of course, it's one of the ones that when you click on it it doesn't yet show the scanned image.
2 questions. Is there a timeline/plan that all the registries will be scanned and made available? And is the only way at this point to see a copy of the registry is to fill out the form and mail it into the General Registrar (I live in the US)
The record I'm interested in is: Pat Ruddin 1872 Cootehill,Vol 1, page 195, quarter 1 Bridget M'Enroe
Thanks so much. Sheila

My hope was that they would release more to go with the launch of their new site, but that launch was today

maybe with that up and running the update will be soon.

Thank you Sinann. Hopefully scans will follow the new website unveiling! So, I guess, at this time my only option is to send for a copy of the registration. Thanks again. Sheila
