Where to start looking
« on: Thursday 02 February 17 17:17 GMT (UK) »
Hi  :)

In 1939 , Richard Setterington was 62 years old.

He was a farmer living in Scothern,

my question is , how can I find the date that He moved in to the cottage.

I know that in 1911 He was living with his family at Reasby.

Electoral Rolls  :-\
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!
If you don't ask the question, you won't get an answer.

He was at Scothern in 1933 directory. :)

1919 directory has "executors of John Abraham SETTERINGTON" at Scothern. He actually died in 1911.

The executors were also at Reasby in 1919.
Today I broke my personal record for most consecutive days alive.

Looking at the Probate register, Richard was one of the executors of JA SETTERINGTON 1911
