Do a test run.  Create a new folder.  Put a copy of one of your images into the new folder.  Then, when you get the message that PAF can't find that image, give it the path to the newly created folder.  Does that work?

I've been off line for 2 or 3 weeks so sorry not to have thanked everyone for helpful advice especially latterly xinia and erato. I think I'm getting there but it's frustrating when images you know perfectly well  are somewhere in the system don't pop up !
