Hi

I hope anyone can help

I am trying to find the birth of my 2 great grndfather,  From census records it states he was born in Monaghan in 1825.  I understand there are different spellings for the surname but I grew up with the spelling of McEwan.

He married an ann Hymes from louth in 1846 and they had a daughter catherine born in 1847 in louth.  Any help to find their parents would be great.

Thanks
