I found baptisms for all these children, all have Elizabeth Young as mother except Agnes Weddell who was born 10 Oct 1827 and baptised 26 Feb 1831 at Newbattle, Midlothian.

I can find no marriage for David and Jean , and it seems strange that if Agnes was illegitimate that her father should keep her.
Can anyone solve this, did they marry, did Jean die. The variations in the Weddell name doesn`t help much.
