Will of Wm White, Syston, Leics. died 1837
« on: Thursday 09 February 17 16:32 GMT (UK) »
I am trying to view the will of Wm White of Syston, Leics. who died Jan 1837 in Syston.  I have been able to view several Leicestershire wills on Find My Past but not this one (there is one for a Wm White of Market Harborough 1837, but this is not the one I want).  It is listed in the Index to Death Duty Registers Transcription so I know it existed.
Does anyone know if it is likely to be held at the Leicestershire record office?  If so, I would be very grateful if someone could look for it next time they are there and just make a note of the most important info for me.
Thank you so much in advance, for any info you can give me.

Thank you so much for your quick response.  I am researching the Baker family and Wm White's bequests were referred to in both Sarah Baker and John Baker's wills, that's why I wanted to trace it. You are right, Sarah was a daughter of his aunt Hannah.  John Baker is my ggg g'dad.
I haven't done any work on the White family yet.
I wonder why he left different amounts to the Baker siblings.
Once again, thank you very much for your help.
