Can anyone tell me what the last sentence says? I see "Sponsor William Greig" but am not sure about the last sentence. Thanks! You guys and gals are the best....snowed in today so getting lots of research done ;-)

After Wm Greig I can see Witnesses Kirk Session, and on the next line Eodem die - Latin for "On the same day". Examination of the whole page should make it clear whether this is the end of this entry or the start of the next one.

BTW what exactly does sponsor mean in this context? Is it like God Parent?
