Hi! I'm on the trail of my great-grandmother and I have discovered that she spent some time in Hawthornden Old People's Home before her death in 1975.
This home no longer exists (replaced by flats), but I'm looking for any information I can find about the care home, especially in terms of records.
I know that the woman managing the care home in 1975 was Mrs Ida Watts, but have no other leads!
