Dear Forum,

I have looked on this forum and cannot see any posts. Sorry if I am bringing up this old chestnut but what is the oldest record of the HARRISON/HARRISSON family line for the area. There are numerous online references to the "Harrison Castle" parchment regarding an ancient lineage which derives from the Cumberland Family and thus Lord HARRISSON of Conquering times . Has anyone ever seen a copy of the parchment or researched with the College of Arms (UK & Ireland) to confirm details. Regards
