Hi All

With ref to 2 pages from census data being scanned as a double page I have just received one from Scotlandspeople, I reported standard of scan on the 2 pages I downloaded and have just received rescans, they gave me rescans of individual pages and then combined them both into one scan (so can be done) for easy reading great but unfortunately they sent me the WRONG images I asked for 465/9/12 page 12 of 16 and  465/9/12  page 13 of 16

What I received was 465/00/009   page 12  and 465/00/009 page 13

So you have a freebie Bruce as they will reinstate your creds I think too for their error (along with the proper docs?

That's true but it's another 2 to 3 weeks for rescan not like it used to be 2 to 3 days but I dare say they have their work cut out these days
