Hi again, you mention in your opening post that the 1841 shows Thomas occ Butcher/Jemima/Eleanor/Evan, so just who is the Hannah Thomas aged 20 with them, residing Pontpren, Llangefelach?
Census Ref HO107/1419/ 2/57 / 39

PS note all ages have been "rounded down" by the looks of it to comply with the requirements of the 1841 census.

I forgot Hannah.   There are so many Thomases that unless they have unusual name I haven't tried to find them.  Just found my folder and reviewed previous research.
So how are you tying addresses to burial records?  Thanks for eliminating the 1853 Jemina.   Really appreciate the help.   hard to research with out someone to point out new angles.

P.S.  there is also a possible brother  Thomas Thomas  born about 1829/30  visiting Eleanor in 1851.  Not labelled as family.  In 1841 he is living with Philip and Margaret Richard and 5 other ag lab in Llangyfelach.   I think he married Charlotte and is living in Clase with 2 daughters in the 1881 census.

OK, but there is another potential Thomas Thomas b c 1829 in Llangafelach 1841 census, and he is the son of the "other" Thomas/Jemima?

Good Morning!    Thank you both for your info.    Jemima Griffith is alittle older and matches up with the age of the other Jemima.   ALso Hannah and Eleanor were certainly born before 1824 When Jemima was married in Swansea.    My Jemima always says born in county.    So frustrating.

The initials after the marriages,  Cas  are the extra details in the records, correct?   But these are only available at the Record office?    Can I order copies from the United States?  Thank you again.   LizR
