Berkshire trial papers for Thomas Green

I would be most grateful if somebody could help me with trial papers for Thomas Green.
He was sentenced 1820/1 and sent to Van Diemans Land on the convict ship Malabar.
I have been unable to find any documents regarding this.

There are various newspaper reports 10-12 March 1821. Thomas Green was convicted with Charles Pinkett for stealing a silver watch, a hair chain, a silver seal, a two foot rule and other articles from the person of William Peyman (then lately deceased) on the highway at Hinksey.

A charge of receiving the stolen goods, against Jemima Hooper of Oxford, was not proceeded with.

There's more information in the inquest reports in January 1821.

Jemima Hooper was Thomas Green's sister.

Also mentioned is Harriet Eeley, "a woman with whom Green cohabited". 

It seems that Wm Peyman was thrown from his horse, receiving fatal head injuries ( the verdict was accidental death).

The watch and measuring rule were found on the premises of Green and Pinkett by Gardner, the Oxford city marshall. They resided occasionally in Oxford but were frequently lurking in Bagley Wood. "One of them is a notorious poacher".

The Oxford Journal of 20 January 1821 suggests that Peyman's death may not have been accidental.

There's a burial record for Jemima Hooper at Oxford St Thomas, August 17, 1827. Aged 33.
