Found Levi C Hayes will on familysearch:

Picked up a little from the Robesonian paper. There were two entries 9th March 1916 and 23 March 1916. Picking through it looks like the matter was about 152.7 acres formally owned by Levi C Hayes and which now belong to the plaintiffs (General English Morgan and his wife Mettie).
